Q8: Do you travel?
A: Yes! We typically film all over SC & NC on a yearly basis. We have shot films in other states as well. Weddings in Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, Johns Island, and Mount Pleasant areas have no travel fees. Traveling outside of those areas will have custom additional charges.
Q9: Why do you say films and not video?
A: Everyone remembers back in the day when wedding videos were long and boring documentary style. Today we focus on making exciting, short form, cinematic films that hold your attention and you and your family and friends will enjoy watch over and over again for years.
Q10: Music
A: We subscribe to a copyright free music website that allows free use. We typically add the music to your film/films to create the emotion we feel best suits your wedding. If the customer wants to choose their own music we will send them a link to the site where they can choose any of the copyright free music they desire for their own film. Documentary videos and Raw video fall under home use and will have the original audio in the background.
Q11: Do you help with the timeline?
A: Yes! We will work with your event planner/ coordinator 1 month to a few days out from your wedding to make sure all the important video moments are captured within the timeline.
Q12: Can we add a full ceremony or documentary video after the wedding?
A: Yes! We have customers that often book a basic package and decide either right before the wedding, days after or even years after they want more. We keep every customers wedding on backup hard drives for eternity, so we can always add an extra edit of a documentary video or perhaps just a full ceremony at any time.
